Our Expectations

SECTION I: TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

  • You will focus on the Urban Environments practice area, working alongside the UE Practice Leader. You will be a part of high-level marketing strategy for your practice area, driving content creation, managing proposal and interview marketing strategy, and finding external opportunities to promote and share your team’s knowledge and expertise.

  • Our in-house marketing team takes an agency model allowing you the ability to flex into additional areas of interest, including video, social media, podcasting, research, and web design – while enjoying the flexibility to work in the office and remotely

  • The perfect individual is an experienced, highly motivated, and multi-talented creative skilled in digital marketing media and strategy with a passion for brand, graphics, and storytelling

  • You will join a fast-paced team of interdisciplinary marketing and communication professionals including designers, writers, and marketing specialists

  • Take ownership of the production process for responsive marketing efforts, such as responding to proposals for project pursuits, preparing information packages, interviews, and presentations. We are looking for a highly organized individual that can schedule and keep multiple marketing efforts on track to meet deadlines

  • Partner with various teams to conceptualize and champion external marketing endeavors.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe CS with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required

  • Proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects; Microsoft Office; WordPress or other website maintenance programs

  • Ability to edit and organize all components of packages to ensure content is comprehensive, client-specific, as well as in accordance with the LS3P brand standards

  • Understanding of the design and procurement processes

  • Attendance at conferences, calling on clients, and cold calls are not required, but are a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or an equivalent field of study preferred (experience also considered);

  • 5+ years of experience in an architectural office, creative agency or equivalent professional setting

  • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients;

  • Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations;

  • Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversight.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting.
