Position Information:

The Team Leader, Patient Access provides leadership for the Patient Account Representative team to assure consistency and competence in job duties. Serves as an expert in obtaining and verifying demographic, insurance, and appointment information. Promotes quality service and effective communication among patients, families and team members to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Experience Requirements:

2 Years Patient Registration Required - With 1 Year Customer Service Required - And 4 Years Patient Registration Preferred

Education Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Preferred

5 days/week, 11:00am - 7:00pm
