The Training Development & Connected Support Manager is a member of the management team of the North America Product Support Organization for Agriculture products. The Product Support Organization has three primary roles within the North American CNH Industrial operations: * Develop and deliver best-in-class technical training to dealer service technicians as well as CNH Industrial personnel * Author and maintain service information and solutions into the ASIST Knowledge database for Dealers to reference. * Provide expert technical advice to dealership service department technicians as well as to the CNH Industrial Field Service people This position has two main priorities; first is to lead the development of technical training material for the North America region. The Manager will develop the processes needed to ensure all relevant and needed content is included and updated as needed for timely delivery by the Technical Training group. The second priority is to lead the connected support function of the NA Product Support organization. In addition to leading the Connected Support Specialists, the Manager will also liaise with global Technical Corner team to ensure alignment and objectives are being met. The Manager is responsible for leading their teams' daily activities to meet or exceed company objectives. Coach and train team members for improved performance, employee development, and handle staffing issues including hiring activities, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Manage team activities to support identification, escalation, and resolution of product quality issues on CNH products. The ideal candidate will be seated in Racine, WI; Ames, IA or New Holland, PA.
