*Work Schedule: Full Time, Days, 36 hour work week; 72 total hours over the 2 week pay period with rotating shifts.

**Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 am - 7 pm, Limited Saturday hours 8-12, potential for 4 - Nine hours days per week

Follow your passion! We are seeking a compassionate and proficient Medical Assistant to serve in the Pediatrics clinic at Ascension All Saints. We have a dynamic team in Pediatrics and this Medical Assistant would be an integral part of this team. Duties and responsibilities include charting & rooming patients, injections, taking vitals, assisting in procedures and other associated tasks. Helping children and their parents through health concerns that may arise is a challenge; we do not always see patients on their best days. What You Will Do

As an Associate with Columbia St. Mary's-WI, you will have the opportunity to assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.


  • Assists with treatments ordered by physician as supervised by physician or registered nurse.

  • Performs select clinical duties.

  • Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.

  • Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.

  • Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing.

  • Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies.

  • Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

What You Will Need


  • Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date.


  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working in Pediatrics or a related specialty is preferred.
