IBM Recruitment Coordinator Specialist (UPA - Technohub, Night shift, RPO) in QUEZON CITY, Philippines

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Coordinator Specialist , you will be playing a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of our client. Your main responsibility will be handling the Candidate Care and SNOW mailbox, addressing candidate queries and HR concerns downstream. As an experienced Coordinator, you will spend most of your time looking into cases raised by HR that need investigation and resolution—most of these cases impact candidate’s start date and need to be resolved ASAP. Part of your time will be spent responding to candidates, and hiring managers reaching out via the general mailbox, and balancing the workload of coordinators. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is passionate about recruitment administration and wanting to grow into a TA Delivery Process Owner role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to candidates, hiring managers and HRBPs who reach out via the Candidate Care mailbox

  • Triage SNOW tickets raised by other HR departments and internal candidates, addressing those that can be resolved immediately and partnering with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to resolve the rest

  • Workload allocation among the team

  • Natural point of reference and knowledge sharing for coordinators and recruiters on the team

  • Coaching and motivating the team, best practice sharing,

  • Preparing and updating SOPs, flow charts, process maps and account manuals,

  • Designing reports to suggest analytical improvements, identifying trends,

  • Help the Recruitment Team Lead in on-the-job root cause analysis for escalation handling,

  • Conducting trainings for new employees (Induction Trainings: general and on-the-job), cross-trainings, being cross trained on multiple processes, acting as a stand-in for teams needing support,

  • Leading initiatives for the Client (e.g. Innovations, process improvements),

  • Constant aim and proactivity to improve the processes and service,

  • Support the TA Delivery Process Owner, Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager, Recruiters and Client stakeholders in ad hoc tasks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required:

  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven record of going beyond the job description of a Recruitment Coordinator (on high-risk accounts preferably), exceeding SLAs and accuracy ratings (99%+), positive feedback from the client and Account Manager

  • Ability to handle multiple jobs independently or with little supervision, while completing work in a timely and polite manner,

  • At least 1 year of HR BPO experience

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills,

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills

  • Role model (of positive attitude, behavior, attendance, punctuality, accuracy, efficiency) aligned with the IBM 1-3-9 Purpose,

  • Flawless work ethics and professionalism

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferred:

  • RPO / Recruitment Administration experience

  • Excellent communication skills
