End User Compute Service Delivery Lead (Job Number: ITS00001054)
The End User Compute Project Delivery Lead will have varied End User Compute related responsibilities ranging from working with vendors to ensuring quality of service delivery, cost controls, procurement related tasks, Managed Print coordination, Knowledge Management and Software Lifecycle management.
The successful candidate will have worked for more than 5 years in an end user oriented environment. They will be highly autonomous, structured and will have an eye for improvement opportunities.
The role requires a forward thinking and strong communicator who understands how and when to use each communication channel to contribute towards the efficient delivery of our End User Compute services.
Key Responsibilities of the End User Compute Service Delivery Lead include:
EUC Service Delivery responsibilities including:
Ensuring EUC service delivery meets business requirements
Working with vendors to ensure achievement of SLAs and KPIs
Service cost controls
EU Knowledge management responsibilities including:
Work with the wider EUC team to ensure that EUC Service Delivery owned knowledge remains accurate and relevant
Process Knowledge feedback tasks
Improve End User facing and Service Desk facing EUC related knowledge scripts
EUC Service Management responsibilities including:
Manage special projects and procurement tickets / escalations
Ticket resolutions / escalations
EUC change management
EUC Problem Mgt
EUC Knowledge management- creation, maintenance, knowledge feedback tasks
Procurement liaison between sourcing, vendors and customers
Manage vendor licensing portal
Collaborate with other IT staff, including Service Desk, networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution.
Ability to work autonomously, owning scope, leveraging team and network of contacts to solve issues and generating plans for continuous improvement.
Strong time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Able to work as an effective member of a global team.
Able to relate the goals of IT service delivery to business goals.
A focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
Desire to learn about new technologies and to stay well-informed of current workplace trends

Minimum Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge:
5+ years’ service/project experience
Knowledge of service improvement frameworks/approaches
Preferred Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of Agile practices
Service Delivery Improvement program experience
Software Lifecyle Management
