The Director, Immunology Marketing and Commercialization will have responsibility for:

  • Executing a new immunology franchise marketing plan

  • Engaging Major Markets (and Intercon markets as appropriate) on the execution of plans for Orencia, TYK2 and Ozanimod.

More specifically, this individual will have:

  • Create and execute a winning franchise marketing campaign and engagement plan.

  • As BMS builds toward its Vision as a leader in Immunology, there is a need to increase our external presence and engagement with HCP, advocate, patient and other stakeholders.

  • Provide support to Major Markets (and Intercon where appropriate) for the flawless launch of Ozanimod in MS and IBD, and Tyk2 in PSO.

  • The direct reports might preferentially be based in Europe (and do not both have to be in the same location).

Other notes:

  • The successful candidate will have a broad set of leadership and functional experiences given the variety of responsibilities encompassed in a single role.

  • This individual will serve on the leadership team for the newly formed/integrated WW Commercial Immunology/Fibrosis team and as such will help shape the culture around performance, diversity & inclusion and the BMS Values.

  • Depth of marketing experience is highly preferred given the need to reshape the Orencia strategy and engage with the R&D teams and markets around the plans for this important brand.

  • Ability to lead discussions and strategic initiatives with clinical, regulatory, medical access, finance, GPS and other home office personnel.

  • Ability motivate, direct and engage markets – for this aspect, strong leadership skills are a must, European marketing experience is a plus and immunology/brand experience is also desired.

  • This role will involve about 15-20% travel given the need for market engagement.
