Solar Equipment Operators are the key to the operations of sustainable energy units in residential and commercial areas. One of the most significant aspects of the position is the crafting and planning of the project site. Most solar panel operations are done outdoors and you should be prepared for outdoor working conditions. Operators should have verifiable experience and knowledge of All Terrain Forklift (Graedall 10k and 12k) - Class 7, Skid Steer, Excavator and-or PD10 Pile Driver. Certifications welcomed but not mandatory. Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations. Organizing and maintaining system components. Maintaining documentation of completed installations. Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms. Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions. Materials staging. General job site clean up and organizationQualifications .and.amp; ExperienceMust be 18 years of age with valid ID. Minimum of one year experience in the construction industry preferred. Have tools of the trade and be able to bring them to job site. References to verify your professional skills and experience. This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well. Hard working and reliable. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
