Will maintain and update low-bay and slow-bay slotting of SKUs using available resources as well as move product to hi-bay when necessary. The use of powered lift equipment is required to complete daily work. They will need to learn the Internal Operating System along with the Radio Frequency (RF) unit as these are used to keep our inventory data accurate and current. This is necessary in order to produce daily reports and to update location and bin counts.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains a safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar's safety regulations.Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition.Follow slotting plans to efficiently locate product in lo-bay and slow-bay.Use Internal Operating System generated reports to perform inventory audits and aisle maintenance.Use Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with Internal Operating System to adjust inventory quantities in bin locations.Ensure that data entered into Internal Operating System is consistently accurate.May be required to operate powered lift equipment.Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:May be required to Complete and maintain SanMar's Lift Operator Certification every 2 years.Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit.Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.Excellent organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities.Must have exemplary performance in regards to attendance, accuracy and productivity.Good communication skills.Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment while meeting deadlines.Able to work both independently and within a team.Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Comprehend verbal and written instructions.Mandatory overtime as required which may include weekends.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.Basic math skills in counti
