Job Title: Activations Specialist - Dealership Liaison
Duration: 4 months - Possible extension
Training: 2-4 days training - Formal and nesting / shadowing
Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Start: June 15 - June 30th, 2020
Location: Starting Remotely (due to current health crisis) Once called back into the site - Plano, TX 75024
Equipment: All equipment needed to perform this role will be provided
Liaise with automotive dealership customers (up to management and ownership) about activation of products.
Communicate with outside sales representatives who own the dealership accounts.
Utilize written communication to communicate the benefits of each product and details of their account. (up to 75% written communication)
Work with third parties to technically activate customer products.
•Dealer Inventory status review and resolution
•Dealer level information gathering
•Execute Onboarding/Activations activities
?Complete onboarding checklist and trackers
?Facilitate Feature Toggle requests
?Engagement with 3rd party providers
?Engagement with ASM or dealer partners as necessary
?Escalation of onboarding concerns
?Daily huddle attendance (if available)
?Provide status updates as requested
