JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Payments - Pricing & Billing Transformation -Insights and Reporting - Operational Reporting Product Owner, Vice President in Plano, Texas

The Insights and Reporting -Product Owner will partner heavily across Product, IT, Servicing/Operations, Digital, Client Segment Strategy and key internal teams to lead a critical initiative within the new Payments pricing and billing platform. This individual will execute the strategy, user experience, product roadmap, KPIs/metrics and technical reporting with an objective to deliver financial and operational pricing and billing data across all Payments products allowing for integrated bank insights across all segments and functional teams. This VP role requires extensive experience in data, analytics, and execution and will have the following responsibilities:

Execute the Insights & Reporting roadmap:

  • Work with cross-functional partners to deliver a user-focused solution for their reporting needs across Payments products, regions, functional groups and segments

  • Create working POCs and prototypes to obtain user feedback & input on the capabilities / experience and pressure test business case assumptions

  • Partner with Program Management and Technology to execute a multi-generational delivery plan based on client journeys and use cases maximizing ROI

  • Deliver self-serve reporting solutions that satisfy the dynamic requirements for all cross-functional partners

Lead delivery of new banking insights:

  • Own the multi-generational product development releases in an agile environment, including crafting epics / user stories / test cases and driving solutions & prioritization based on business case assumptions

  • Create services to support the optimization of product usage (revenue realization and potential shortfalls)

  • Enhance internal capabilities to preempt potential downstream impacts to clients

  • Determine the most appropriate channels for delivering banking insights to multiple end users (e.g. migrate from reports to dashboards)

  • Deliver enhanced product and billing notifications / alerts for internal users

  • Address immediate opportunities for improvement as well as target platform vision

  • Own the delivery tradeoffs, issues and risks in partnership with Technology and Operations

  • Ensure comprehensive testing and successful delivery, including minimal defects

  • Work closely with Domain project managers to craft executive updates and materials

Required Skill/Experience

  • 7 years+ in a Data Analytics role, preferably experience in financial services industry

  • Previous cross-functional experience, including day-to-day interactions with stakeholders in Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Migrations and Commercialization / Go-to-Market across LOBs

  • Experience leveraging utilities to deliver insights across multiple channels

  • Understanding of the JPMorgan data visualization tool set (Tableau, Qlik, TOAD, Alteryx)

  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over all resources

  • Exceptional presentation skills

  • Partner across the program to deliver an outstanding client experience
