Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a hands-on, focused, Plano based marketer to support the growing and evolving needs within our brand. The primary role of the Marketing Specialist will be to provide support to the Brand Team through aiding in the development of system wide campaigns and brand programs that support the Brand and Restaurants.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Division• Support development of Campaigns & Brand Program - System Wide & Regionalo Collaborate with and support Sr. Managers to develop recommendations and launch plans for all campaign & brand programso Responsible for developing and maintaining timelines for all projects, ensuring projects adhere to the timeline and any adjustments are communicated to the appropriate team memberso Provide Restaurant Marketing team campaign and brand program details in order to successfully deploy campaigns and brand programs to the Restaurantso Responsible for deployment of centralized Readerboard messageso Monitor market place trends and provide insights to how potentially impact campaign and brand programso Receive and roll up field marketing team feedback of program for future executionso Provide comprehensive analysis of performance of campaigns and programs

• Communication and Meeting Managemento Administration of Divisional Calendar – work with team to account for all Divisional and Department routineso Manage all Restaurant communication submission and partner with Crew Communication on any internal need or updateso Proactively plan for all Committee and Divisional meetings – agenda, material, participate in meeting, recap and assign resources for follow up projects or needso Assist with the preparation and presentation of materials for department and company meetings and internal communications.o Disseminate important information for Department leaders to cover in their meeting

• Budget Managemento Administer the marketing budget and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly, timely processing of invoices, monthly and quarterly budget reconciliation, trend reportingo Monthly tie-back to actual spend to plan – work with Department Leaders to explain varianceso Ad hoc reporting

Secondary Responsibilities:

Support Social Media Team• Social Media Supporto Support prizing selection and fulfillment for all social media contests and sweepstakeso Identify and track ongoing social media trendso Collaborate with Customer Care to manage and resolve all customer service issueso Assist Sr. Social Media Manager in completing weekly/monthly social media reportso Help manage social media content calendar development and schedule posts as needed

Qualifications:• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant, food, or beverage industry, retail, or packaged goods as it relates to Brand Marketing.• Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation and creative ideation processes• Experience with sales and data analysis• Experience with social media support• Motivated by intellectual challenges and has a natural curiosity• Ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances

Education (or equivalent experience)• Bachelor’s Degree required• MBA preferred not required
