We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Performance Engineering Analyst II within our Neuromodulation business located at Plano, Texas .
Major responsibilities include:
Performs investigation of non-returned product complaints and record findings into the Quality System
Conducts review of product labeling and manufacturing paperwork as necessary for complaint investigations
Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Product Performance Engineering Manager / Supervisor
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 plus years relevant experience supporting complaint handling investigations, medical device reporting, or product analysis.
Computer knowledge is essential (especially Microsoft Office Suite)
Demonstrated ability to understand and comply with applicable industry regulations and follows company operating procedures, policies, and rules is essential.
Read and interpret Engineering drawings, product specifications, schematics, and procedure
Preferred Qualifications
Good written and oral communication skills
Work cross-functionally with minimal supervision
Experience in a regulated industry is desirable
Knowledge of FDA quality systems regulations, QSR, and ISO 13485 desired
Data analysis knowledge is desirable
