Job Description

This position will provide administrative support to three Senior Directors in the PepsiCo R&D TDC Function. Additionally this position will support the Plano TDC community a coordinator with global meetings, local forums and departmental supplies for the 100 member team. Duties include:

  • Move and Seat Coordinator for Plano TDC team

  • Onboarding Coordinator for all new Plano TDC team members

  • TDC Townhall Coordination for Plano Site

  • Measurement Sciences Lab Supplies coordinator

  • TDC Plano office supply ordering and management coordinator

  • TDC Plano Leaders’ Council Coordinator (meetings, minutes, all TDC communications)

  • TDC Global Annual Rewards and Recognition program coordinator

  • Maintain calendars, schedules and organize meetings for 3 Managers

  • Effectively coordinate travel for 3 Managers

  • Accurately reconcile monthly travel and expense reports for 3 Managers

  • Preparation of documents, correspondence and presentations for 3 Managers

  • Receive and distribute of mail for 3 Managers

  • Electronic submission and management of agreements and contracts as needed for TDC Plano team

  • Coordinate visits from Global TDC senior leaders to Plano


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point,Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

  • Experienced in coordinating travel, including Global

  • Experienced in VISA's for travel desired

  • Experience in processing invoices

  • Basic knowledge of SAP and Concur Expense system

  • Willingness to learn new software as needed

  • Experience in prioritizing work

  • Experience in supporting multiple managers & virtual teams

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, will need to deal with all levels of management internal and external

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Self-motivated pro-active team player

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
