EFI is looking for a Product Marketing Manager , Midmarket Print Suite to join our EPS Business Unit. EFI’s vast productivity software midmarket portfolio includes industry-leading management information systems, manufacturing business solutions, value-added components and third-party integration for the commercial print industry.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, Productivity Software and working as the key liaison between product management, sales, and regional sales this individual provides the global product positioning and messaging of the midmarket software portfolio, translating technical product information into key market messages while underscoring customer value in order to drive leads, pipeline, and ultimately revenue.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the successful go-to-market strategy for our Midmarket Print software modules.

  • Responsible for all omnichannel marketing of products within the segment portfolio including emarketing, digital, social selling, events, and outbound marketing.

  • Support launch of new products and new releases into the market, with the development and delivery of sales tools, inbound and outbound marketing materials, training and promotional campaigns for both customers and field personnel.

  • Defining buyer and decision-maker personas, determining the relevant market messages and product positioning based on each of the packaging markets and customers EFI serves.

  • Creating internal and customer-facing materials, presentations, webinars, collateral, and demo scripts with key-value statements and talking points.

  • Managing channel partner requirements and communications.

  • Collecting and disseminating competitive information, opportunities, threats, and related industry news for sales and partners.

  • Supporting trade shows and other company-sponsored industry events as required.

  • Participation in relevant customer, channel partner, and prospect visits.

  • Measuring and reporting on marketing success metrics.

  • Collaboration with regional and corporate marketing for inclusion in general marketing communications & collaterals, cross-business unit messaging and campaigns, website content, press releases and branding.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have 5-7 years of product marketing experience in a software organization

  • Experience marketing and positioning software

  • Have a strong understanding of the commercial print industry

  • Have a strong digital background (digital-first mindset)

  • Possess the ability to collect and analyze data in a way that enables constant optimization of marketing campaigns and report findings back to the SLT

  • Have a strong understanding of global marketing. Must have the ability to adjust campaigns to drive meaningful conversions across a broad geography.

  • Have proven experience working in a highly matrixed organization

  • Have the ability to adapt to changing trends and market conditions

  • Can build customer and colleague rapport across cultural borders

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Maintain a solid knowledge and execution of marketing fundamentals

  • Have a strong technical aptitude

  • Possess a solid understanding of Print and/or Packaging industries, a plus
