Fi360, a Broadridge Company, is now searching for a Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Pittsburgh. You will lead the Program and Project management efforts across the Product Management business organization. The role is required to be experienced in advanced program and project management principles and techniques in the delivery of business solutions.

Our SaaS product, FirmPlus, is designed to make the life of retirement plan advisors and specialists easier and more efficient. It offers several features, including investment monitoring and analysis, fee analysis, lineup comparison and an advisor dashboard. You'll work closely with some of our biggest clients on highly customizable projects, to understand their requirements and promote the design features of our solutions, and then deliver and manage the execution.

  • You will utilize project management principles as defined by PMI, and manage multiple projects at a single time

  • Work with end users through the requirements and design phase to ensure well-defined business requirements

  • You'll collaborate within a virtual team remotely


  • Solid SaaS product experience in the Fintech industry (Retirement Plan Providers/Advisors/ Wealth Managers)

  • Proven ability to listen to and translate client requirements and expectations, working with end users and client users

  • Must be proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented

  • Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills

  • Possess a positive attitude
