Job Description :
Provides professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process; responsible for the assigned educational components.
Implements staff training, educational programs, and other AHN initiatives. (25%)
Serves as clinical liaison for QI/EBP initiatives, regulatory preparation, and EMR facilitation. (25%)
Precepts new hires to the AHNCI. (25%)
Provides expert direct nursing care to complex patients. (10%)
Contributes to the achievements of departmental, divisional, and organizational goals. (5%)
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with collaborative feedback to clinical services.
Other duties as assigned. (5%)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
3-5 years of assigned clinical specialty area experience (Periop/OR)
3-5 years computer experience
Master's degree in Nursing Education
Nursing specialty certification
3-5 years of education experience
