Contracts Coordinator - 21000108 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will be responsible taking lead customer service role for the team in processing a high volume of submissions for non-financial and corporate funded research contracts, including serving as main phone contact for this team, typing correspondence, monitoring and routing e-mail from main team mailbox, and entering data into multiple eRA systems that the office uses. Associates degree in appropriate field or equivalent training plus 2-3 years administrative experience. Must have excellent diplomatic communication skills and patience to deal with a wide variety of people both as a team member, and also as a university business representative to our research partners. The ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in an office setting, including knowledge of Windows applications, including Office. Must be detail oriented to timely and accurately manage high volumes of paperwork and contacts, and must be able to independently prioritize incoming tasks.
