Piqua Medical Center Overview

• A 48,000 square-foot medical complex including a medical office building for primary care and specialty practices.

• Full-service, 24/7 emergency department that offers a full range of imaging and testing services on a non-emergency basis.

• Construction for this site is underway. We are excited to add Piqua to the KHN team later this year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, performs the tests ordered in the specific laboratory section(s) as assigned. Sections include chemistry, hematology, transfusion service, and microbiology.

• Access to coordinator or other professional personnel is required.

• May assist CLA’s and other technical team.

• Other duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Lab Science is required.

• Current MT or MLS (ASCP) required.

• Credentialing through the Proficiency Examination administered under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (formerly Health, Education, and Welfare).
