Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. Technology Liaison in Phoenix, Arizona

The Technology Liaison works under the direction of Practice Management leadership and functions as a resource to financial professionals in navigating Cambridge's technology systems.

  • Consult with financial professionals regarding the firm’s technology offerings and help them analyze, plan, implement, and manage business and technology solutions within their budgetary restrictions, recommending solutions to optimize their organization’s functionality and processes

  • Research outside technology offerings and recommend offerings to add and maintain vendors in the Value Added Technology program

  • Negotiate and act as a relationship manager to third party technology companies to add them to Value Added Vendor Program

  • Maintain and enhance working knowledge particularly as it relates to managing industry technology and firm technology that supports financial services or broker/dealer operations

  • Administer technology demonstrations to prospective financial professionals to market the technology and technology support offered by the company

  • Research and recruit Value Added Technology vendors to sponsor conferences

  • Participate in Recruiting Home Office Visits to demonstrate technology to prospective financial professionals

  • Produce reports from CRM, Compass, and other Cambridge systems to provide program metrics to administration as requested

  • Develop and disseminate deliverables focusing on best practices for efficiency, electronic marketing, and new technology in the industry

Four or more years of related experience, education and/or training

Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) certification is required within the first year of employment. Cambridge will provide financial and educational support towards obtaining required license(s) including paid study time, training courses, study materials and online resources.
