Position Summary

The PPM at Embry Health will be responsible for overseeing the real estate portfolio during our nationwide expansion. This person will also be responsible for working with executives to secure the best available properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and forecast geographic and market data to purchase and/or lease properties in various states

  • Experienced real estate scouter is a huge plus

  • Go-getter and chase down market deals

  • Utilize demographic data sources to determine purchases and or leases

  • Familiar with and participate in aspects of real estate transactions

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Able to build professional relationships with realtors, brokers, and executives

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be well organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role

  • Prior experience in similar role
