Do you like to plan and promote events? Are you someone who is in touch with your community? Do you like meeting new people? Then look no further, BDS Marketing has an amazing opportunity to represent Confie Insurance (auto insurance product line).

As the Confie Community Events Specialist you will use your connections and networking skills in your community to secure events at local establishments to promote Confie Insurance. You will be responsible for canvasing your market and determining the locations that would allow for the most visibility for the brand. You will be empowered to secure events anywhere from the local grocery store, community centers, local auto show or community sporting and festivals. Confie has office locations in your community where you can plan, schedule and promote events.

You will be responsible for securing and executing 2-3 tabletop events per week (weekend or week day events). You will be provided with all of the tools needed to set up a fun, crowd pleasing event!


  • Build relationships in the community

  • Schedule and plan Confie representation and events within community

  • Understand the benefits of the product & convey those benefits to consumers

  • Meet expectations and weekly KPIS

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Community relations and event coordination experience

  • Experience in customer service, client relations or sales promotion

  • Lead generation or canvassing experience a plus

  • Must be willing to work on weekends

  • Bilingual in Spanish required

  • Must have reliable transportation in order to transport material to and from events, and around community.

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, grasp, talk and/or hear, and drive

  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds

  • Regular travel within assigned territory, have access to daily reliable transportation

  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
