Overview: This position will take on a wide variety of basic and routine tasks as assigned by their direct manager to assist various departments within the corporate structure. This position is entry level and will be working within a team environment to accomplish daily and weekly tasks required of the department.

Responsibilities: The Accounting Support Specialist consists of general office duties including but not limited to:

  • Filing paperwork, invoices or documents into appropriate files or folders

  • Maintaining organized records

  • This position may assume all clerical tasks to accurately maintain and report itemsas required.

  • This position may be assisting various departments within the corporate structurewith various admin or office related tasks.

  • The departments this position may be assisting will be Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, Payroll orHuman Resources.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned by direct manager.

    Qualifications:

  • Maintain a positive attitude with team.

  • Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner)

  • Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner)

  • Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.)

    Pay: The hourly wage for the Accounting Support Specialist is $12.00.
