As a Product Manager for CTS’s Advertising Solutions, you will develop products that empower brands and agencies be more efficient in their day-to-day operations, reinvent how Linear TV and Digital traffic operations are executed with an eye towards exciting changes happening in advertising industry. Formulate cutting edge concepts and use technology to integrate ecosystem, automate and simplify media activation. You and team will define the strategy to deliver on product that increases adoption, usage, improve productivity, and accelerate delivery of our products across distribution platforms.
Create and drive the product development strategy, align execution of strategic goals, objectives with operations, technical partners, and internal stakeholders to grow adoption. ·
Facilitate fact-finding interviews, brainstorming workshops with cross-functional business partners to identify value-creation opportunities and solutions for the business.
Collaborate tightly with engineers and designers throughout the product development cycle, from concept ideation to deployment and beyond.
Drive roadmap discussions making quantified and justifiable trade-off decisions in scope, date, and quality.
Drafts and manages requirements and other supporting business documentation (such as use cases, possibly M&Ps (methods and procedures), executive summaries etc.).
Contributes to the product vision across team and the organization. Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
Manage change requests. Validates downstream deliverables and final offering (business acceptance testing).
Organized self-starter exceptionally skilled at prioritization and project management of multiple deliverables driving goals to completion under tight deadlines.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.

Knowledge of the various actors in the TV Media Buy ecosystem, technology vendors, integrators, and ad distributors.
Buy side subject matter expertise across Network TV, Stations, Cable and Syndication traffic operations, standards, data models and industry practices.
Familiarity with digital Ad-Ops, audience targeting, ad-tech, including operations and industry best practices.
Experienced in requirements definition, management of engineering cycles, interaction design, user research, and usability testing.
Product Owner role in a fast-paced Agile software development environment · Identification, analysis, and visualization of data to craft a narrative and optimize based on collected data.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
Bachelors’ degree or Equivalent
Generally, requires 5-7 years of related experience.
