Position Description :

To provide ancillary assistance to the OR staff and other members of the peri-operative team To use proper communication skills with the Staff, physicians, patients and families. Responsible for managing equipment and inventory in the operating room.

Minimum Requirements :

The qualified candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of governmental regulations, and an understanding of JCAHO and HIPAA requirements and how they affect operations. Prior Operating Room experience or Hospital experience preferred. CPR required. One year of previous hospital experience is preferred.
