Job Summary
This position will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans and air conditioners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose problem
Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts
Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary
Cleans and lubricates parts
Orders replacement parts
Inspects completed repairs
Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Requisitions new parts and equipment
May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees
May be designated as lead worker
Performs all necessary maintenance responsibilities as directed by leader (i.e. PMs, projects, various equipment repairs, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma/GED
CNC Experience
PLC Software
HVAC
Welding
Knowledge of machine electrical set up
5-8 Years Related Experience
