Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Assistant in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania

Daily tasks could consist of handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Participate in planning new employee orientation meetings

  • Review the internet to locate potential customers

  • Oversee office and administrative tasks

  • Manage employee database archives


The ideal Human Resources (HR) Assistant should have 2+ years experience.

Other requirements include:

  • Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Onboarding

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
