This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who has a passion for internal communications, is technology savvy, is comfortable interfacing with senior leaders across the organization, and demonstrates the ability to drive employee engagement. The candidate must be highly collaborative, creative, able to work under deadlines, and enjoy working in a results-driven environment. The Corporate Communications Manager will also lead communication strategies in collaboration with key functions, including Human Resources and IT. This role will report to the Corporate Communications Director and will be a member of the FMC global communications team.ResponsibilitiesProactively lead and execute internal communications initiatives and campaigns that align with, articulate and support the company's business priorities, growth initiatives, and key messages.Create a roadmap and global content strategy that informs, aligns and engages employees with the company's strategic direction, values, and culture.Identify and build the best platforms and channels to efficiently disseminate and engage employees, and measure/analyze results. Channels may include intranet news sites, social networking, town halls, podcasts, video/webcast programs, and other platforms. Provide organizational and change communications leadership and support to various internal initiatives associated with company's growth strategy. Topics could include policy, culture, employer value proposition initiatives, and other areas of strategic corporate significance.Partner with Human Resources to help develop impactful, creative and compelling messaging that positions FMC as a leading employer of choice. Counsel and support HR with communication strategies that strengthen the delivery of HR-related news and information to the workforce. Partner with Corporate IT to help clearly communicate major IT initiatives, service issues, and critical events that impact company systems.Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Required EducationBachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, or communications from an accredited university or commensurate experi
