Position Description :

Under the director of the Program Director, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ACGME regulations and semiannual reports submitted to the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. You will also;

  • supervise monthly rotation schedules and all vacation requests

  • review and sign off on resident education accounts for travel and educational purposes

  • coordinate all residency and fellowship interviews each year

  • responsible for annual recruitment budget which includes hotel, dinner and tours of Philadelphia

  • review all applications and invite candidates for interviews

  • supervise the administrative support staff for the medical educational program

Minimum Requirements :

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred. 2 years work within an academic setting preferred.
