The Estée Lauder Companies is currently recruiting for a Quality Operations, Senior Manager on a permanent basis based within the Quality department to join an experienced and committed team at Whitman Laboratories where as a team we manufacture around a fifth of Estée Lauder’s global sales output. This is a key role in leading the QA Operations team and collaborating with relevant functions at plant, global and vendor levels to help achieve plant objectives and corporate requirements.

Lead the team to meet plant objectives (service, quality, safety, cost) in line with corporate requirements.
Lead the effort to identify opportunities for improvement within department and the plan:
Develop a collaborative relationship with packaging, Regional QA and key vendors to achieve target quality and improve it when needed.
Effectively represent plant and function in global teams to share / obtain / develop best practice and lead team when needed.
Understand customer requirements and support delivering them in line with corporate standards.
Plan for the department’s future, ensure capabilities and succession plans are in place to meet business needs
Ensure OTC finished goods are released in line with procedure and regulations.
Support Plant and Global programmes to ensure compliance in key areas including Good Manufacturing Practices, Data Integrity, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is key to have for a successful candidate?
Bachelors degree in science related field
Drive and tenacity for Continuous Improvement
Leadership and influencing skills
FMCG experience would be preferred
