You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Production Resources Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-10862993-20-CLS. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
You will draft local training guidance and ensures compliance with stated mission objectives.
You will provide expert technical advice and assistance to various levels of management, specifically regarding training needs/requirements and certifications to support Radio-logical Emergency Response Organization Training Program.
You will provide input into training policy, procedures, and instruction governing the overall Radio-logical Emergency Response Organization training program
You will prepare and maintains training/qualification records to include annual, monthly or as needed to maintain response and readiness of the group.
You will ensure that the team is at its optimal manning level with experienced and qualified respondents.
You will visit off site locations to review and fine tune their training plans
Conditions of Employment
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing educational or training program requirements to improve productivity, effectiveness, efficiency and timeliness of a Radio-logical Emergency Response Organization (RERO) training program operations.
