This position is for a Customer Service technician who is under general supervision. Responsible for incoming pricing, job quotes, invoice processing, customer satisfaction surveys, answering basic customer inquiries & repair updates, order status and maintaining records of customer interactions & transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
This position is currently considered Hybrid (combination of working remotely & physically in the plant)
Handle incoming purchase orders, including reviews and discrepancy resolution.
Generating customer quotes, including updating quotes as new findings arise, and communicating closely with customers.
Process orders, invoices, certificates of conformity, dispositions, and shipping reports.
Process and/or forward technical problems to Quality, Engineering, and/or productions teams.
Track open trouble orders to resolution.
Interface with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and management.
Take part in team zoom meetings, trainings, and site communications.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
ERP Systems, SAP preferred
