IQVIA Verification and Release Manager in Parsippany, New Jersey
The Verification and Release Manager is responsible for managing a team of analysts, both offshore and onshore who are responsible for the verification and delivery of the CDH offerings (Sub-national, Patient, FIA/LAAD, OneKey). The position requires creating and maintaining monthly delivery metrics for all offerings, reporting any issues to senior leadership, and initiating process improvements when needed. The ability to lead cross-functional teams is necessary to drive internal projects and create efficiencies for the team. Must be able to consult to internal teams on delivery and verification methods. The role requires broad knowledge of all offerings and the individual is considered a delivery and QC expert internally.
Manages a team of client service professionals, providing regular guidance and direction to team, individually and as a group, on career growth & development, knowledge acquisition, technical training, goals & objectives
Manage the delivery for IQVIA data assets (DDD, XPO, XPD, NPAMD, FIA, LAAD, OneKey)
Resolves delivery issues
Lead weekly/monthly meetings with team members
Provide insight to internal teams on delivery and QC methods
Ensure ISO standards are being met and must be able to effectively present the process flow to auditors
Resolve delivery issues and provide resolution
Create/maintain key performance indicators for all product offerings
Ensure governance standards are being met by the offshore team
Drive efficiencies for the team by leading innovation projects
Update training materials and provide training for multiple internal teams on QC and delivery
Proactively inform the team of potential data variables such as restatements or data enhancements and how these changes will affect the PEV reports
Develops detailed documentation
Verification and release communication to the Client Service Team
Seeks and implements new automation & efficiency methods
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 4-6 years related work experience
Management skills including a strong focus on team building
Requires broad knowledge to lead teams
Understanding and experience working with IQVIA data (DDD, XPO, XPD, NPAMD, FIA, LAAD, Onekey)
Strong business judgement and decision-making skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
Must be able to engage with varying group settings, including senior leadership
Ability to communicate effectively within various levels of the organization
Complex problem-solving skills, data analytics aptitude, ability to effectively communicate & visualize trends & conclusions from large sets of data
Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
Excellent time management skills
Ability to understand complex concepts, and processes
Proficiency in PC applications and MS Office Suite; especially Excel VLOOKUP and PowerPivot functionality
