McDonald's Department Manager in PANAMA CITY, Florida

Responsibilities

•The Department Manager is responsible for running an efficient, functional, and profitable department, always making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

•The Department Manager works with his/her leader to set the department’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

•To meet those goals, the Department Manager doesn’t work alone.

•He or she helps lead a team that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant, and in that department.

•By improving the Department, the restaurant improves!

•The Shift Manager may also be responsible for helping develop additional Department Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future

Leading a high volume restaurant team to deliver customer satisfaction while building sales and guest counts. Professional, responsive, effective time management skills with attention to communication.

Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant experience needed with a history of developing people, meeting profit plans, achieving outstanding food safety scores, and meeting franchise standards.

Personally stable, professional appearance, well spoken, well respected. Able to coalesce teams to work towards common goals - people want to work for you and with you. Current P&L responsibility consistently achieving sales, transaction growth, and cash flow targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
