Aerotek General Production Worker in Owatonna, Minnesota

Description:

Candidates will be staging plywood on wooden frames and using power tool (nail gun) to secure. Will start in this area until they feel more comfortable operating the equipment. Once ready to go they will rotate areas every 4 hours. One station will have contractors bundle 4 to 6 finished frames with zip ties for forklift operators to transfer to production lines. Other station requires team lifting the base of frame which can be up to 75 to 100lbs depending on size. All framers will need to be able to read a tape measurer. There are cheat sheets taped to the framing table for review for each employee of measurements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to read a tape measurer (Adminster test & verify through previous work references)

6+ months of manufacutring, construction, or general labor type experience

6+ months of hand & power tool experience
