This position will be located in Kansas City, MO


This Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application focused position will plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise activities of personnel engaged in the design, development, implementation, and support of applications and services in that area of focus. This position will be centered on the current ERP solution and also work towards a next generation ERP platform for future use.

Summary of Duties:

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises IT personnel engaged in establishing, implementing, and maintaining information systems and/or in designing and implementing procedures to prevent inadvertent or deliberate disclosure, alteration or destruction of unclassified, sensitive, or classified information

  • Manages Enterprise Applications to ensure the life cycle of software is maintained and the needs of the business are met

  • Provides business perspective to department personnel, coordinates department activities with other information technology areas, corporate, and NSE organizations, and assures a high quality of customer service

  • Develops operational plans, budgets, goals and priorities for the department and coordinates the allocation of required resources

  • Effects changes in resources, plans, and procedures to facilitate achieving goals

  • Identifies training requirements of personnel, develops appropriate training plans, and coordinates personnel development in current and future technology

  • Develops processes, practices, and procedures to assure the maximum possible quality of the products and services

  • Supervises employees and performs other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

  • May perform other duties as required

  • Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established

    You Must Have:

  • Experienced professional with more than 3 years in a managerial / team leadership role within Information Technology

  • At least 8 years of computing systems deployment, project management, or computer related technical activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
