Aerotek Work From Home - Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida

Description:

Working within a fast paced and professional call center environment, the Customer Care Associate is responsible for communicating through all customer support channels available, providing solutions in support of certification products, and delivering a consistent and positive customer experience. As needed, provide off-line administrative support as directed by department management.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Works as part of Service Center team to accomplish Association goals.

  • Answers high volume (80 -100+ per day) inbound calls from members, clients, and customers who have questions around computer systems/platforms, training modules, various logistical items, and etc.

  • Basic to intermediate computer system troubleshooting (Ex. password issues, clearing cookies/caches, etc.

  • Assess customer questions/concerns and provide solutions while maintaining good business relations

  • Properly document each interaction into the appropriate tracking system.

  • As directed by management, support the administrative services group within the Service Center by processing various customer requests

Education: High School Diploma. College degree preferred.

Must Haves: The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of solid customer service experience with a high preference given to it being in call center environments with high call volumes (80+ calls)

Entry Level - Must be able to pass an assessment
