Aerotek Research/ Remediation Analyst II in Orlando, Florida

Aerotek is looking to hire several research/remediation analysts to work for a financial institution in Orlando, FL. This organization is in a brand new facility with brand new equipment being used.

In this role, work is different everyday.These opportunities will be primarily analytical and research type work.

These analysts will be responding to and researching escalated inquiries and complaints regarding special handling.

These inquires can include applications, claims, on-line transactions and single loan/credit exceptions.

The ideal candidate would have:

5 years experience with customer contact in a financial services environment or 4 years of experience working in financial operations, underwriting, or quality assurance.

Must be able to pivot and report data using Microsoft Excel

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8:00AM- 5:00PM

Pay:

20-22/HR.
