Kapili Government Services, LLC is looking for a qualified Program Planner/Scheduler to support PM TRASYS in Orlando, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain individual Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), utilizing Microsoft Project or Microsoft Enterprise Project Server
Interface with multidisciplined Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to receive inputs and feedback in relation to overall IMS
IMS shall cover the acquisition lifecycle and milestone events that encompass activities for each competency (i.e. Contracts, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Program Management)
Develop business rules for the utilization and updating of IMS schedules to be leveraged across the program office
Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Advanced Microsoft Project skills and knowledge
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Experience working with the DoD and/or Military
At least 5+ years of related experience
DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience with the Government Acquisition process
Experience supporting government contracts and programs
DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
CITIZENSHIP/SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) will be required.
