Accounting Professional 4 Global S4H General Ledger (R2A) Implementation Support

100% REMOTE. Position support global implementation of SAP4Hana specifically for General Ledger (incl bank/cash accounting, fixed assets, closing and reporting). Project phases overlap in multiple countries for phased rollouts. As global support is required, hours will vary based on support required for implementation timeline. Early morning or late nights will be required during certain periods. Requires flexibility to accommodate as the hours are not defined but will fluctuate with the needs of the project.

Main responsibilities: *Participates in all phases of S4Hana project rollouts per global timeline, supporting General Ledger topics *Provides active inputs and provide support to the various Heads of Accounting to collect and define local requirements for General Ledger *Ensures consistency in rollouts for General Ledger topics – gain knowledge of prior issues/lessons learned to improve / regulate future system rollouts *Facilitates the collection of local structural data for General Ledger *Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT): drive and monitor testing approach for General Ledger (sequence/collaboration with S2C, C2C tests) by directing testers and Key Users *Supports data migration, ensuring proper data cleansing and migration strategy in line with expectations *Provides real time answers to General Ledger questions during all project phases, relay questions to Process Experts as necessary *Directs the key user and Business to appropriate trainings in new S4Hana system and related process changes / liaise with Process Experts to support change management *Supports hypercare phase after Go-Lives where necessary on General Ledger topics *Ad hoc projects / support when necessary

Required education, qualifications / experience: Bachelors degree 8-10 years in accounting positions, to include advanced experience in operational/transactional GL and closing processes SAP or large ERP system experience Solid professional judgment and problem solving competence Interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion in a cultural diverse environment Ability to collaborate cross functionally / globally with many different stakeholders Excellent organization and time management, to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred qualifications / experience: Experience with ERP system implementation Experience with Intercompany / ICC transactions Technical competence as SAP master user Experience in a shared service center Blackline experience
