Norco, Inc Industrial Store Customer Service Representative in Orem, Utah

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way

  • Answer telephone calls promptly

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use

  • Sell welding and safety products and services to customer

  • Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer

  • Research products needed for customer special applications

  • Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation

  • Keep sales literature current and organized

  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

  • Good working knowledge of all industrial products and gases

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
