We have an exciting opportunity and are currently looking to add to our team a Personal Lines Account Manager at Frates Irwin Risk Management Solutions, an Acrisure Agency Partner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides timely, professional, accurate, communication to client, team, carrier representatives and underwriters
Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts
Verifies accuracy of all endorsements and policies
Markets account renewals and negotiates with company underwriters
Keep and maintain confidentiality of client records and communication
Develops new business from assigned leads
Consults clients in making appropriate coverage changes; informs and educates clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures and documents agency management system
Collaborate with the Personal Lines Sales Team to provide a seamless transition of new accounts to the Account Manager
Seeks referrals from client base and follows-through to win new accounts
Completes account reviews and makes recommendations to client to provide them with effective coverage and/or more competitive pricing
Maintains current knowledge of lines of coverage and products
Maintains electronic files accurately and consistently, processes all incoming mail requests accurately and timely
Verifies accuracy of direct-billed cancellations, taking corrective action when necessary; uses agency credit and collection policies on all transactions. Handles cancellations with care, legally saving all accounts possible with adherence to errors & omissions guidelines

Education/and or Experience:
High school diploma or recognized equivalent required
3+ years of related insurance experience with a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in servicing a Personal Lines P & C book of business is preferred
Insurance industry designations preferred but not required
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma license for Property and Casualty
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Applied Epic and/or other Agency Management Systems is required

Work Environment:
This position will be based out of the Oklahoma City location in a brand new office located between OKC?s Central Business District and famed Automobile Alley in the Historic Pioneer Building. Many attractions such as restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, bars, Dodgers baseball and Thunder basketball games are all within walking distance
