S&K Technologies, Inc. Financial Management Support in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

POSITION PURPOSE: The Financial Management Support will identify and track financial obligations, maintain the Open Document List (ODL) and research Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).Position contingent upon contract award.

Essential Functions: • Identify and track financial obligations, maintain the Open Document List (ODL) and research Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs). • Assist with financial management contract/obligation close out support and the annual Statement of Assurance report. • Develop the tracking history for each Unliquidated Obligation (ULO)

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.

Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years’ Financial Management knowledge & experience.

License, Cert or Registration: • Current drivers’ license • Proof of U.S. citizenship • The ability to obtain security clearance enabling access to various Government facilities

Special knowledge, skills & abilities: • Minimum of three (3) years of knowledge and experience in Unliquidated Obligations (ULO) research. • Minimum of seven (7) years knowledge and experience Financial Management. • Knowledge and experience with the following contracting and accounting systems is preferred: GAFS, Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Commander’s Resource Integration Systems (CRIS,) Electronic Document Access (EDA), Automated Business Services System (ABSS), DFAS Transaction Interface Module-Manual Forms (DTIMS-MF), Financial Management (FM) Suites, Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), Delivery Schedule Manager (DSM), Purchase Request Process System (PRPS). • Forms (DTIMS-MF), Financial Management (FM) Suites, Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), Delivery Schedule Manager (DSM), Purchase Request Process System (PRPS).
