Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Fielding inbound calls from customers

  • Assisting customers with questions regarding store hours, directions, and locations

  • Deliver order status to customers

  • Escalate any complaint requests to necessary supervisors

  • Transfer collections or payment calls to the necessary personnel

  • Data entry and documentation of each call

  • Additional tasks assigned by the supervisors

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Representative jobs:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service

  • Experience fielding inbound or outbound calls

  • Experience working in a call center is a plus

  • Experience with MS Office and data entry

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • MUST be able to work Overtime and weekends if needed.
