We are excited to share an opportunity for Senior Recruiting Partner to drive forward our diversity and inclusion hiring strategies across all candidate generation channels bringing an extraordinary passion and authenticity for equal opportunity inclusive of all people, backgrounds, and perspectives. You will own the wholistic diversity recruiting plans within each segment (i.e. Veterans, Disabilities, etc.) collaborating very closely with D&I leaders driving programming across HR and Cerner’s enterprise to leverage market intelligence and trends they are providing that will inform recruiting.
Key activities range from vetting external partnership opportunities; identifying and orchestrating event participation and preparation; and seeking technology offerings within each channel to enhance our outreach. You will be the main point of contact for external partnerships and internal stakeholders to ensure we have a consistent leader driving and articulating our diversity recruiting narrative.
Diversity and inclusion go beyond one person’s role; you will lean heavily on your recruiting peers for activation and execution of strategies and programming. In addition to reaching across a myriad of associates internally within the business units and Associate Business Resource Groups for example. Due to the exposure across HR and our enterprise including business executives in addition to the external outreach, your presentation skills and enthusiasm for diversity and inclusion will be main ingredients for success.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 year’s total Human Resources or Business Operations work experience
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience in diversity inclusion recruitment
Experience in talent acquisition for a company that is a federal contractor
Experience with applicant tracking systems, BrassRing Kenexa or Workday
Expectations
Ability to reside in the Kansas City metro area
Ability to travel up to 10%
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
