Diversity & Inclusion Senior Recruiting Partner

Job Description:

We are excited to share an opportunity for Senior Recruiting Partner to drive forward our diversity and inclusion hiring strategies across all candidate generation channels bringing an extraordinary passion and authenticity for equal opportunity inclusive of all people, backgrounds, and perspectives. You will own the wholistic diversity recruiting plans within each segment (i.e. Veterans, Disabilities, etc.) collaborating very closely with D&I leaders driving programming across HR and Cerner’s enterprise to leverage market intelligence and trends they are providing that will inform recruiting.

You will be the main point of contact for external partnerships and internal stakeholders to ensure we have a consistent leader driving and articulating our diversity recruiting narrative.

Diversity and inclusion go beyond one person’s role; you will lean heavily on your recruiting peers for activation and execution of strategies and programming. In addition to reaching across a myriad of associates internally within the business units and Associate Business Resource Groups for example.
