Aerotek Administrative Assistant in Norfolk, Virginia


  • Providing Administration Support to Sales Reps, Technicians, and other administrative professionlas

  • Schedule Installs

  • Manage and process backlogs

  • Conduct Confirmation Calls for service

  • Assisting other offices such as Richmond & New Castle with Backlogs

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

  • Effectively communicate via phone and email

  • Receive, sort and distribute the incoming mail

  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in clean and tidy manner

  • Maintain computer and manual filing system
