Warehouse Specialist

Do you enjoy being active, working in a warehouse environment and have shipping experience? We are looking for a detail oriented and innovative warehouse specialist to assist with shipping and receiving as well as be an asset to this growing company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to showcase their expertise!

Responsibilities

● Monitors ERP system past, present, and future shipment requests prioritizing by Requested ship date, then, Next

day Air, Next day, three-day, then Ground and freight.

● Ensuring part numbers, counts, and lot numbers picked to be packaged matches shipment request paperwork.

Insert items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding. Accurately enters the ship-to address

from ERP paperwork into the shipper's software. Weighs and enters the box dimension into the shipper's software.

Affixes the shipping label on packed correct cartons. Records shipping costs from Shipper’s software.

● Enters shipper’s shipment tracking number into ERP and send to the Inside Sales team and customer on all orders.

● Promptly alerts Warehouse Supervisor about any shipments that cannot be shipped on or before the requested ship

date and why.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
