What’s the Job?
This individual leads the manufacturing plant site HR function and serves as a member of the plant’s Leadership team for a 80+ person non-union manufacturing facility. The Site Human Resources Manager will manage all HR, Organizational Development and Labor/Employee Relations activities for the site. This position will partner with Corporate HR to implement/coordinate efforts associated with Benefits Administration, Compensation, Recruiting, Safety/Workers Compensation, and Training.
What do you bring?
Adept at problem solving to include coaching/facilitation and conflict resolution. Ability to quickly identify an issue, assess alternatives and partner with Plant Management team for implementation that supports Plant goals/objectives.
BS/BA in Business Administration, HR, OD or related field.
7-10 years’ experience in HR management within a manufacturing setting.
Previous experience in Lean, WCM preferred.
SHRM certification a plus.
