Kforce Call Center Agent in Niceville, Florida
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Call Center Agent in Niceville, FL.Responsibilities:
Responding to numerous phone inquiries
Using standard technology: telephones, e-mail and web browsers IN-Contact & AWS
Assisting callers in finishing online applications
Completing daily electronic call logs
Adhering to privacy rules
Connecting callers with leadership as needed for escalations
Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters
Completing all assigned training as necessary
Strong preference for Spanish Speaking call center agents.
High School diploma or GED / equivalent required
Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required
Ability to work within established turnaround times
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends
