Kforce Call Center Agent in Niceville, Florida

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Call Center Agent in Niceville, FL.Responsibilities:

  • Responding to numerous phone inquiries

  • Using standard technology: telephones, e-mail and web browsers IN-Contact & AWS

  • Assisting callers in finishing online applications

  • Completing daily electronic call logs

  • Adhering to privacy rules

  • Connecting callers with leadership as needed for escalations

  • Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters

  • Completing all assigned training as necessary

  • Strong preference for Spanish Speaking call center agents.

  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent required

  • Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required

  • Ability to work within established turnaround times

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

  • Ability to work as a member of a team

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends
